Tattoo of protection

The echo-cardiogram techs were super nice yesterday.  The one who did the test said she didn’t see anything weird.  Also that she could barely hear the murmur (though I could hear it), and that murmurs happen when the heart valves, which are thin flaps, get a little leaky.  Sometimes they’re leaky, sometimes they’re not.

The other tech had had breast cancer herself, and she showed me her tattoo covering her port scar: a Celtic knot of protection.
